The month of March is very important for Reeves staff and students due to "Graduation Day", which is fast approaching, we all are excited to welcome our graduating students on 25th March 2020.

Student Appreciation Day
March 16, 2020

Student Council of Reeves College is arranging "Student Appreciation Day" on March 16, 2020, and the council will serve egg salad sandwiches to our students.

Day Light Saving
March 8, 2020

Its time to change your clocks as daylight saving time 2020 in Canada will begin at 3:00 a.m. on Sunday, March 8

Peter Campbell

"Peter Campbell from Graphic design is a very hardworking student. He is very dedicated to his studies and is very focused on his work. His previous experience and a keen interest in cartography are reflected in his work." said his teacher.

New staff in Reeves College

Three staff members joined us this month. We welcomed Raya - APA Instructor, Amy - SFP, and Chris - LC Instructor to our Reeves family.

Farewell to Dipika and Carla

Two most loved faculty members of Reeves college bid goodbye to us early this month. Dipika has moved on to pursue future endeavors in the accounting field and Carla will be moving on to continue her career as she finishes up her own education.

We wish both of them great success in their future endeavors.

A new initiative - After School Tutor Club

The student council along with Ms. Ambreen (LC Instructor) and Sala-Al-Wazeer (Student council coordinator) are starting student pantry on our campus very soon. They are planning to stock some fresh fruits, mac n cheese, and bars. Also, the council has started "An after school tutor club" where volunteer students will help out their fellow classmates to succeed in their learning process.

Making learning fun - MOA Medical Terminology class

Our MOA students learning the medical language by playing word puzzle games on the board. It was a motivational booster for our students.

Successful student placements

We are happy to announce about some of our recently placed students, here are the details:

1. Stanley Ukaga is hired by Dasen Law Firm

2. Yisel Perez is hired from placement by Excel Health

3. Cindy Jesty is hired from placement by Associate Clinic

4.  Ihuma Josian was offered a job from placement at Metal Ink but she refused the offer due to her hiring by Canada revenue agency

5. Meghan Gove is hired from placement at Excel Health

Staff of the Month

Abdul Rahman, Business and Soft Skills Instructor is selected as a "Staff of the month". Abdul is employed with Reeves for last 10 years and is regarded as one of the finest business instructors. He is very popular among his students.
