Each year on July 4th, the United States celebrates Independence Day. This federal holiday commemorates the adoption of the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776, declaring independence from the Kingdom of Great Britain.

Bastille Day
July 14, 2021

Bastille Day, which commemorates the storming of the Bastille and the start of the French Revolution.

NATIONAL DISABILITY INDEPENDENCE DAY - JULY 26

National Disability Independence Day on July 26th celebrates the signing of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) on July 26th, 1990.

The ADA provides protection from employment discrimination as well as better access to goods, services, and communications for people with disabilities.

Welcome back to our second month of self-care here! As you know, we’ve made mental wellbeing a priority, and July is actually the month that kicks off the entire campaign. We are so excited to roll it out and hear more from you, our cherished community. Stay tuned for all the exciting initiatives we have coming up.

What’s YOUR story?

Mental Health is ubiquitous. Everyone has a relationship with their emotions. No matter how good or bad your experiences have been, it can help to share them with your trusted circle. As social beings, we thrive on hearing each others’ stories and having a friendly ear to listen to ours. Knowing that someone else has been through something similar can inspire us and make us feel less alone. Follow the hashtags #MyMentalHealthStory and FB, IG & , TikTok to share yours.
