As we continue to observe the Health Care guidelines, we urge everyone to work on their inner well being by trying the following tips:

  1. Keep social, even when socially distancing. 
  2. Do good to others, especially those affected and those in need
  3. Move - even if you can't leave your house. Exercise, Yoga, Long or Short walks will go a long way
  4. Savour Everyday Pleasures - Take deep breaths, get enough sleep, and spend quality time with family.

Always remember that you are not alone in this.
