A successful business is still not a perfect company. Employees make mistakes all the time, but the trick is not to make the same error twice. An even better way of avoiding certain mistakes in the workplace is by reviewing common company blunders and learning how to prevent similar negative results from occurring.

The Financial Post and the Vancouver Sun recently revealed a compilation of mishaps that entrepreneurs and other business professionals have committed to help those entering the workforce.

Remember simple etiquette. Saying thank you to customers and coworkers may seem minor but it's important. Dedicated customers want to feel appreciated or else they may take their business elsewhere. Simple business etiquette can be the deciding factor on a first impression and can strengthen the company-to-consumer relationship.

Listen to those with more experience. Put your ego aside and pay attention to what senior staff members have to say. Take their advice and learn as much as you can from them.

Wonderful teachers and excellent staff coordinators. I had a very great experience attending Reeves North with my online program and highly recommend them to anyone who may be considering attending post secondary education or either after high school or changing careers or even to upgrade current degrees. Huge thumbs up!
