On the third Sunday in June, Father’s Day honours the role fathers play in the family structure and society. The day recognizes not just fathers, but the father figures in our lives.

Global Running Day on June 18

 Being active can be an effective way to maintain your physical and mental health. Global running day is a worldwide celebration of running that encourages everyone to get up and start moving. Being active such as going for a run, or walking around in your neighbourhood or playing a sport or doing a workout with some friends, is a great way for you to start getting active and become more energized.

Say Something Nice Day

On this day we should be taking the time to walk up to someone, whether it's your friend, family member, instructor, boss or stranger and tell them how you appreciate them and how much of an impact they are in your life. Taking the time to say something positive to someone, you may never know how much that person appreciates it or how much that comment makes them feel.

Happy Father’s Day

Father's Day is a celebration honouring fathers and celebrating fatherhood, and the influence of fathers all around the world. Fathers are here to makes all the difference in a child's life. He's a pillar of strength, support and discipline. A father realizes that his children are human and that making mistakes is part of growing up. Wishing all the Fathers out there a HAPPY FATHERS DAY!!!!!
