Tuesday, April 17, 2012

A successful business is still not a perfect company. Employees make mistakes all the time, but the trick is not to make the same error twice. Listen to those with more experience. Put your ego aside and pay attention to what senior staff members have to say. Take their advice and learn as much as you can from them.
